RETURN POLICY - ANANDA VRINDA
At Ananda Vrinda, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience, including easy returns and refunds. Please review our policy below.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
- If canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, a full refund will be processed.
- If production or custom order processing has begun, up to 50% of the product price may be deducted, depending on the production stage.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
2. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to confirmation from customer care based on valid reasons.
- In case of replacement the request should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days once the item is received.
- Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order via email, including order details and a photo of the issue.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Returns due to mishandling, customization, or alteration will not be accepted.
3. REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and verified.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method, with a 5% deduction for processing fees.
- Refunds typically take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
4. SHIPPING & LIABILITY
- Customers must arrange and bear the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using registered or insured post for returns to prevent loss or damage.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.
5. EXCEPTIONAL CASES
- If a product is out of stock or no longer available, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
- Orders may be canceled due to incorrect pricing or product specifications.
